2019 Annual Meeting and Codes Conference Information

Our Annual Meeting is May 14-16, 2019.

It's being held in Orlando at the Hilton - Lake Buena Vista! All the information you need to know regarding our Annual Meeting are below! Please contact us if you have any questions!

We are now accepting presentation proposals, applications for Board of Directors positions, and opening registration for sponsorship opportunities, exhibitors, and attendees. This year it is going to be through our new website, if you have any issues getting into your account, please e-mail us and we will be happy to adjust your account!

We will be starting our educational sessions on Tuesday May 14th. We plan to do all day sessions. Wednesday and Thursday will be half day sessions. We will release more information once proposals are approved and as we build our schedule. We are accepting proposals until January 7, 2019. 

If you are submitting a proposal to be a presenter at our Annual Meeting, please wait to register. If your proposal is accepted, you will receive a discount code to use towards your registration fee.

*The conference app is the primary mechanism by which members will be able to see what is happening at the AFAA Annual Meeting. Exhibitor Information:

Exhibitor set-up will begin May 14th at 12 pm until 5 pm. Each exhibitor will have a 6' table with one basic outlet. Club 72 Members receive discounted pricing on their table. Each exhibitor will receive one free complementary registration. If you wish to have additional exhibitor attendees, it will be $300 per attendee. Monday evening from 5 pm - 8 pm is our Exhibitor Reception. Tuesday will include two breaks and a luncheon with exhibitors. Wednesday will include a break with exhibitors. Exhibitors will be able to tear down from 10 am - 12 pm on Wednesday. 

For a 6' Table: $1,200.

Attendee Pricing:

Attendee pricing will be for either the full conference or a single day based on what day you choose to come. If you are a Past Chair/President or Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient, please e-mail us at [email protected] for a discount code for your free registration to the 2019 Annual Meeting. 

We are offering early bird pricing until March 1, 2019. After March 1, 2019 pricing will increase. Each non-member of AFAA will receive a one-year free membership with us. If you are unsure if you're a member or not, please contact us to find out! We will be happy to look for you. If you aren't a current member with us, you will receive a free one-year membership from us for attending. 

We will be issuing CEUs for attendance recognized by NICET, ACEC, and RCEP.

We have secured a room rate of $179 per night at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista. This rate is good until April 12, 2019.
