Our Annual Meeting is May 4-7, 2020.

It's being held in Phoenix, Arizona at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort

We are now accepting presentation proposals, applications for Board of Directors positions and our executive committee for Secretary, Treasurer, and Vice President.

Registration for sponsorship opportunities, exhibitors, and attendees is now open as well!

If you are submitting a proposal to be a presenter at our Annual Meeting, please wait to register. If your proposal is accepted, you will receive a discount code to use towards your registration fee.

Exhibitor Information:

Exhibitor set-up will begin May 4th at 12 pm until 5 pm. Each exhibitor will have a 6' table with one basic outlet. One complementary registration is included with each exhibitor table. If you need additional power or internet, please contact us as that is not provided with your table. Additional exhibitor attendees are $400 each.

Expo hours will be Tuesday May 5th from 8 AM - 3:30 PM and Wednesday 8 AM - 3:15 PM. This includes two luncheons and breaks. We are allowing exhibitors to select their own table. Please view the Exhibitor Table Layout to select your table. You will be prompted in the registration form to pick the number. All table numbers are subject to approval by our staff. Exhibitors will also be asked to provide a door prize for an attendee to have a chance to win. We are going to provide cards that attendees will have to get stamped by exhibitors to be eligible. If you have any other questions regarding exhibiting at our event, please contact us.

Our Annual Meeting and Codes Conference will kick off Monday May 4th with our Board of Director's meeting at 8 AM until 2 PM. Tuesday and Wednesday will be education sessions all day. Thursday will be a half day. If you would like to view the schedule, it is posted below. It is subject to change as we haven't finalized all of our details.

We are happy to announce that in addition to our educational sessions, we are bringing back our Banquet Dinner! This is going to be held on Wednesday May 6th and it will include dinner and entertainment! We will release more information as we get closer to the event.

We are also going to offer a spouse/guest even for those who are interested. We are still in the early planning stages, so you will be prompted to indicate if you are interested in this so we can contact you when we have finalized everything. There will be a fee for this as well which will be released with the other details. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Non-Members - $900

AFTER February 1, 2019 Prices:

AFAA Members - $750

Non-Members - $1,000

Registration within 7 days of our event and onsite registration will increase by $100.
